Terms of Service

Last updated: June 28, 2026

These terms govern use of Orbit, a private, invite-only internal tool operated by the Receitei team. By accessing Orbit you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

Orbit lets authorized team members connect their own social media accounts and view consolidated analytics and reporting. It is provided for internal use only and is not available for public sign-up.

Accounts & access

Access is granted by invitation. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in method secure and for all activity under your account. You must connect only accounts you own or are authorized to manage.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access data you are not authorized to view, interfere with its operation, or use it in violation of any connected platform's terms or applicable law.

Third-party platforms

Orbit integrates with third-party platforms (including YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok) via their official APIs. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms and policies. Orbit is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google/YouTube, Meta/ Instagram, or TikTok. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Availability

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that platform data will always be complete or accurate, since it depends on third-party APIs.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orbit and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Termination

We may suspend or revoke access at any time. You may stop using the service and disconnect your accounts at any time from the Integrations screen.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves; the “Last updated” date above reflects the latest version.
